Tracking Apps

There are now a number of apps available to assist tracking trainers.  These apps use a cell phone's GPS/location feature to record a track you walk, usually superimposing it on either street map or satellite imagery.  Features vary, but most include ability to record a second track over the first (ie show where the dog went when it ran the track), mark article drops and other features on a track, add notations, save tracks, export saved track files in various formats.   Prices vary.  Be sure to check compatibility with your phone's operating system.
